The French doors are metal and need securing on one panel. I think this can be achieved through a bolt/latch attached to the metal door and the pedestal at the bottom of the door.

I'm renovating a 1960's 2-brm unit. There are 2 doors that open to the same balcony & need new locksets. Each has a lockable insect screen so 'privacy' (keyless) should be fine. The bedroom lockset is missing, so that door can't even open - I guess a previous owner was worried about access via the balcony. The lounge door still has handle & backplate as shown in photo. (The keyhole is fake.) I'd like the replacements to be in a suitable style that's also fully compatible with the backset, door & jamb, etc. It's too tricky for me - I need professional help.

Garage door needs a facelift and would like a motor installed

We would like to install this door handle on a barn door (both sides). I imagine a hole would be to be cut on each side and then the handle glued in place.

The door isnt closing. The root issue is a slanting wall. But we need it to close for rental inspection and fixing the wall is beyond the scope of the task. Have tried sanding it back but it needs a lot more or adjustment of the hinges.
