We are seeking a reliable and experienced handyman to assist with a few immediate tasks at a rental property, with the potential for ongoing maintenance work. - Repair a faulty shower door (see pictures) - Purchase and install a new rectic unit (reticulation system) to replace the existing one. ( see pictures) On the rectic unit, this is the second one we bought within a year and that broke. The property is currently tenanted. You will need to contact directly with the tenants to arrange a suitable time for inspection and repairs. We are looking to establish a long-term working relationship with someone who can assist with general property maintenance and small repairs as needed. Budget is excluding price of new rectic, please clarify if your offer includes / excludes this.
