Wardrobe sliding door keeps coming off tracks

Two tasks: 1. repair/replace door jamb that was damaged due to a leaking shower. Shower has been resealed but door frame suffered moisture damage. 2. 2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Wondering if anyone knows a simple fix, like maybe a strike plate with a bigger hole might work? Thoughts from the experts...?

Sliding door is not working properly

Remove door from hinges, shave bottom to provide clearance to new floor and replace. Test clearance level. Confirm not scraping.
