Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman to repair and re-secure several loose door handles at our retail store, located in ACT - Tuggeranong. The Issue: We have three internal door handles (in our staff and pre-test rooms) that have become very loose and are pulling away from the doors. The screws appear to have failed or come loose, making the handles wobbly and at risk of falling off completely. The Job: The task is to re-secure all three door handles. This will likely involve: 1. Assessing the handle sets to determine the cause of the looseness. 2. Tightening all relevant grub screws and through-bolts. 3. If the screw holes in the door are stripped, you may need to use slightly larger screws or repair the holes to ensure a solid fixing. 4. Ensuring all three handles are firm, fully functional, and sit flush against the doors. Please see the attached photos for an example of the issue. Requirements: - You must have experience with installing and repairing door hardware. - You must have your own tools for the job (e.g., Allen keys, screwdrivers). - Ability to work neatly and professionally within a retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required. I need bird spikes installed to 3x external window sills on the 2nd storey of my home. I will provide the bird spikes. These will need to be installed with a screw or glue presumably (I'm open to suggestions). You will need a ladder that can reach the lower section of an average 2nd storey home. There are flat surfaces for a ladder readily available in front of the windows.

I have an external window where I think some water is getting in between the bottom of the window frame and the wall. I need someone to remove the existing caulk, recaulk it properly. The spot is tricky because it is high (approximately 3m). Would need someone with a sufficiently high ladder. Photo attached.
