Garage door to be changed, double garage

I need a cat flap installed in the laundry door of my apartment. It’s an interior door and I don’t think it’s hardwood.

Bedroom door appears to be misaligned/crooked and catches badly when closing. It requires significant force to open and close. Looking for someone to assess and fix the alignment — likely adjusting hinges and/or lightly trimming/shaving the door if required. Internal hinged bedroom door. No replacement required.

Looking for an experienced carpenter/door installer to replace our existing front entry door and install a new smart lock. We have already purchased: * New external front door – 2040 × 820 mm, timber with 4 glass panels * Philips EasyKey DDL615-5HBS Smart Handle Lock * Existing door frame/jamb is to remain The job will involve removing the existing front door, fitting/hanging the new door into the existing frame, trimming/adjusting the new door if required, fitting the hinges, and making sure the door opens, closes and seals correctly. We also need the Philips smart lock installed into the new door, including the required mortising/cut-outs and setup so the lock operates correctly. The existing door and current setup are shown in the attached photos, along with photos of the new door and smart lock.

The sliding door is stuck half way and the track and runners most likely mangled. Access to repair may require removing part of the kitchen wall. The house was built in 1974.

Looking for an experienced painter to prep and spray paint two existing timber garage doors in Colorbond Monument. Two coats required with appropriate preparation and masking/protection of surrounding driveway, walls and garden. Please advise whether your offer includes paint and materials.

- The track of the garage roller door (electric) is not aligned (the motor is fine). When you try to open the door it starts to bunch up on one side while the motor is running. In the meantime, we are pulling it down or rolling it up manually. - One kitchen sliding door is out of alignment, it’s stuck and is very hard to slide. - The last one is a kitchen cupboard door, with a faulty concealed hinged. The door is not closing properly. (we already tried adjusting the hinge, we suspect it’s broken)
