Snapped belt line needs replacing in centurion roller door

Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources.
