Seal and roller replacement needed on 6 aluminium sliding windows of varying sizes. Two of the windows are in the kitchen above the sink, requiring ladder access from the outside. The Tasker will need to supply the replacement seals and rollers, choosing standard options. The job should be done on weekends or after 3:30 PM on weekdays.

We would like to change an existing floor to ceiling window to a door with a fly screen which opens outwards. The project would involve: - Removal of existing window - Installing a framed glass door to match the trim / architecture currently in place - Placing two steps (ideally concreted but open to temporary options) The size is approx 2100h x 900w Thanks in advance.

Client purchased a property and settles 14 April 2025. They are hoping to replace 3 x windows and 1 x sliding door to steel windows. We've recently had wasps exterminated (on Mon) but the nest remains and is located behind a bedroom wall. The nest may (or may not) need to be properly removed but the wall behind which it was built, needs to be repaired per the pics. We need someone professional to come around and assess and do the job at the same time (not sure if it's going to involve cutting out section of wall and re-plastering, or something more superficial). Also required is patching up a few holes outside the room where the wasps made access and putting in a sealant around the bedroom window It's an unusual and delicate situation requiring a professional with unique skills (and who is comfortable to potentially be exposed to a wasp nest)!
