We would like to change an existing floor to ceiling window to a door with a fly screen which opens outwards. The project would involve: - Removal of existing window - Installing a framed glass door to match the trim / architecture currently in place - Placing two steps (ideally concreted but open to temporary options) The size is approx 2100h x 900w Thanks in advance.

The tiny roller or wheels of the sliding glass door for the 2 windows have gone missing. Need a handyman or repairer to source the roller/wheels to fix it.

Client purchased a property and settles 14 April 2025. They are hoping to replace 3 x windows and 1 x sliding door to steel windows. The client has more windows in future to install but would like to try out a labourer before I get the rest completed. The existing windows and door can be seen in the first two photos. The third photo is an idea of what the client wants installed.

We've recently had wasps exterminated (on Mon) but the nest remains and is located behind a bedroom wall. The nest may (or may not) need to be properly removed but the wall behind which it was built, needs to be repaired per the pics. We need someone professional to come around and assess and do the job at the same time (not sure if it's going to involve cutting out section of wall and re-plastering, or something more superficial). Also required is patching up a few holes outside the room where the wasps made access and putting in a sealant around the bedroom window It's an unusual and delicate situation requiring a professional with unique skills (and who is comfortable to potentially be exposed to a wasp nest)! We do have a general pest control attending on Thurs and would be looking to have the wall repair done ASAP by Sat latest. Due date: Before Sunday, 2 April 2023
