Looking for a photographer for our low key wedding ceremony and reception in Williamstown, 3016. Approximately 45 guests. The wedding is on Saturday 18 October. Photographer required for approximately 2.5 hours from 11.30am to 2.00pm. Ceremony will take place in Williamstown Botanic Gardens at midday followed by reception lunch in nearby restaurant at 1pm (5 minute walk). Only require access to digital photos after the event. This will be a relaxed and informal event and we would like the photographer to capture a mixture of posed and natural photographs as well as key moments during the ceremony. Seeking a professional photographer for an engagement event today, February 28, 2025, in Sunshine, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Must have experience in capturing special moments. Please provide your rates.

We require wait staff / assistants to help pass out food, collect dishes, clear tables, clean dishes and event, and other small tasks. We have space for 3 shifts - please confirm your preferred time in offer -2-12pm (10 hours) @$25 per hour Meal provided / pizza. You will be working under our vendors and day of coordinator who are very familiar with the venue. They will be allocating you tasks across the night.
