Both locations are in the CBD and approximately 10 minutes apart by car, so transfers will be straightforward. We are looking for a 4–5 hour photography package with a simple highlight video (around 4–5 minutes). We won’t be focusing heavily on posed photos more important to us is a photographer who works efficiently, knows the right moments and angles, and can keep the process quick and seamless. My fiancé and I got engaged in October last year and are looking to capture some photos to celebrate. We are very outdoorsy people and love your candid, natural style. We’re looking for a session that feels relaxed and captures our connection. We would love to shoot at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne on Tuesday, February 17th. This location is incredibly special to us because it’s where we had our first dance, so we’re really hoping to make it work there. Our total budget for the session is $200, do you offer any packages for engagement shoots? Since the Gardens require a permit for professional photography, does your fee typically include that? What time of day do you recommend for the best lighting in the Gardens during February? Also, do you have any recommendations for dress colors that photograph well against the greenery there (I am tossing up between blush or ivory but also must check against my skin tone (fair) so I don't look washed out)?

We are hosting a private dinner at Grossi Florentino with 15 guests and signing our marriage certificate. This is not a traditional wedding, but we would like some professional photos to commemorate the occasion. Only considering professional/experienced photographers. The vows are at 630 but would prefer someone to come from around 615 and stay at the most 30mins to an hour to snap a few photos. If they can be touched up and sent back to us by the week after the ceremony that would be great.

We are getting married at a venue in the Melbourne CBD on 10th Jan 2026. We are organising about 100 KFC snack boxes to be delivered to the venue towards the end of the night as a ‘late night snack’ for the guests. We are looking for 1 person experienced in wedding coordination or hospitality who can receive the KFC delivery on the night, arrange the food onto platters so the bride and groom can serve them to guests on the dance floor. We also need the person to arrange the remaining boxes (that are not on platters) on a table for the guests to pick up themselves if they want. We hope that the people for this job can wear professional attire to match the formality of the night. The KFC should be delivered at about 9:45pm and the job should take no more than an hour.
