Luncheon happens 12-4pm at Rocco’s Bologna Discoteca. Two long tables need 3 florals each (in total 19 people sitting in long tables) the other space with several small tables (staff will move away the chairs but the tables will stay) hoping the space become a photo space, so need some decor to make it special (like balloons, flowers etc) The style needs to be yellow, green, white. The offered price include labour, equipments, (real or fake) florals. So maybe suitable for someone already has these items should help set up during 10:30-11:45, and remove after 3:30pm

Looking for bar and wait staff for my wedding on Saturday, 21 December 2024. Hours are roughly 2.30pm-10.30pm (may vary by one hour) Looking for three people in total: two bar staff and one floor runner to support bar staff and clear tables. Please see more information below. Tasks would involve; - 2x people manning the bar table by pouring wine (mostly cork screw wine) and handing out beers and seltzer cans to guests - 1x person to collect empty glasses from tables and stack in venue dish washer - 1x person to keep water jugs filled up - 1x person to restock bar table with drinks (from venue fridge or outside chiller) and glasses (from kitchen) - 2x people to collect dinner plates from tables once guests are finished eating and stacking in the venue dish washer (approx. 100 guests). Note, we are having a grazing table for dinner so the only wait service required is collecting plates once people have finished eating. Please feel free to message for more info! :)

We are eloping in Fitzroy Gardens and looking for a photographer that can capture the short ceremony (10mins max) photo shoot after in gardens and possibly one other location. 1.5hours total

Needing 2 people. Tending a picnic bar, serving wine and a gin cocktail. Keeping the area tidy, put a smile on people’s faces. We’ll supply the drinks and glassware. There’s a picnic company that you’ll need to liaise with on the day for logistics. Dress code: spring wedding - 4.5 hours arrive at 1pm for 1:30 start. 1:30 -5:30. 70 guests. RSA required. Bartending equipment required (shot - shaker - stirrer - bottle and cork screw etc.) $250 pp
