I’ve had water leaking into carpet outside my ensuite which I believe is due to failed waterproofing in the shower recess

I need my en-suite shower drain waterproofed. The en-suite is on the second level of a semi and there is a small drip going to the ground level roof. I’ve run some tests and know the waterproofing issue is occurring in the shower strip drain of the en-suite above (by using a bucket and pouring water only into the drain strip insert). I don’t think it’s the pipe in the drain. The metal drain insert also seems loose when pressing on it. Attached are photos incl. the space between the downstairs ceiling and the above en-suite floor where the drip can be seen (taken by putting phone through recessed lighting on ground floor). It looks like the prior owners have previously done a dodgy job of trying to waterproof from ground floor using silicon so I am looking to get this fixed properly. Would like this fixed on a Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. Flexible with time of day. Thanks Rory Update: Unfortunately I don’t have any spare tiles, if tiles need be taken up and replaced.

We need a licensed plumber to assess and repair a leaking shower in our Kensington unit. Strata has already arranged a plumber to test the shower tray and pipework—both passed with no leaks. However, the internal shower walls have been flagged as original and the waterproofing has failed, causing water damage to the opposite wall (bubbling paint, photos attached). We need: • On-site inspection of internal shower wall • Removal of wall lining as needed • Re-waterproofing and repair of affected wall areas • Advice on any tiling or follow-up work required This is owner-responsibility work (not covered by strata), so we are seeking a reliable and experienced plumber to carry out the job.

I need someone to assess waterproofing in the bathroom. It may be that some tiles need to be re sealed and / or there’s issues with the waterproofing membrane. The fix will be additional of course.

Need to remove and reseal all grouting around bathtub with waterproof sealant. Replace toilet seat. Agreement on which toilet seat to be provided will be discussed prior to job.

There’s water damage on the outside wall of the shower and water leaking below the laundry sink near shower. I believe there needs to be some kind of grinding or sanding involved? Not sure but it can’t just be siliconed. - Due date: Flexible

A failed or inadequate waterproofing membrane under the shower is causing decay to the bearers and joints underneath. A licensed plumber and carpenter are required to assess and repair the issue. - Due date: Flexible

Shower/bath leaking through wall - Due date: Before Wednesday, 2nd Feb 2022

The 10yro waterproofing of the pot we use for our little pond seems to be failing as it drains. We need a waterproofer to re waterproof it.

I am unsure of the cost for this job so am open to quotes There is water / waste leaking into the B1 Car Park Our plumbers have identified that the leak is coming from around the floor waste in our kitchen area. See photos. On inspection it has been noted that there are a large amount of tiles in your kitchen area that appear to be missing grout between the tiles. This is the most likely cause, as it is allowing the water to penetrate below the drainage point and then passing though the slab penetration around the drain and leaking into the car park. The other concern is that the waterproof membrane that would normally be installed under the tiles and around the penetrations for drainage, may have been compromised. Can you please have your contractors look into this and carry out the necessary repairs as a matter of urgency.
