I need a BPC Roofing and Waterproofing qualified roof plumber to replace the tiles and waterproofing membrane on a townhouse balcony to prevent further water damage downstairs. The current balcony waterproofing system has failed and requires rectification. Tiles need to be stripped as required and a new external waterproofing system is installed in accordance with AS 4654.1 Waterproofing membranes to be used for external above-ground use (eg - Materials and AS 4654.2) Design and installation as per National Construction Code (NCC) requirements Attention given to the balcony door threshold/hob, waterproofing terminations, upturns, penetrations and drainage interfaces to ensure the completed balcony is fully watertight Tiling or other compliant waterproof surface to replace existing balcony tiles. Current drainage connection and piping is in tact and working.

Need someone to add a concrete underlay (not provided) and both waterproof and tile for a small bathroom. Tiles are 200 x 200. Tiling for floor only. Room size is approximately 1000 x 1500. Tiles and grout provided. Cement fibre sheet not provided. Pictures attached.
