We have a main bathroom and ensuite that need waterproofing and tiling for our rental unit. Main bathroom is 2.2x2.4 and the ensuite is 1.2x2.4 in size. I’ve attached photos of the current state of both as well as photos of roughly what bunnings are going to supply, they have done up the fancy images. If you can make an offer my husband will be at the unit tomorrow if you can come out and do an accurate quote but this gives a rough budget idea.

I need some assistance water proofing my shed. Water comes in from one side under heavy rain. Side panels of shed appear to be rusted along the bottom. Waterproof help in circular quay

I have a balcony that has compromised waterproofing. During periods of heavy rain, water ingresses across various spots and drips onto my lower floor ceiling panels which have resulted in damage over time. The job, as I understand, will require demolishing and removal of existing tiles, grout, screed and any existing waterproofing. The fibre cement floor boards should remain intact. The job will then require multi layer application of new waterproofing and flood testing before new screed, levelling and new tiles are to be installed. Preference is to use epoxy grout and request this be provided as an option vs standard grout. Floor space for repair is approximately 13sqm and is located on the 2nd floor with access through the house or via the driveway. We have a balcony measuring 4.4m x 2.6m. It is leaking into the ceiling below. We need a waterproofing / balcony leak specialist to repair. Main issue seems to be the silicon where the tiles meet the side (see pics). May also need a waterproof coating or possibly regrouting. Tiles are not cracked or broken in any way and grout also is all intact. If you can quote assuming re siliconing side and waterproof coating and separately for re grouting if needed.
