Gas water heater - Rheen model 850330 Issue - hot water stopped coming. Checked unit and found continuous water dripping on the burner .. pilot light worked but didn’t stay on due to leaking water .. leak only stops when cold water turned off. Need to check the issue and quote for repairs

Single story with tiles. We recently installed an electric water heater (those constant flow ones) but as there were no electric outlets on that side of the wall the plumber used a long extension cord to power it. We need a permanent electric connection for safety and long term use. The circuit board is on the same side may be 7 meters away.
