Hi, I have a SAMSUNG front-loading washing machine that is leaking water from the door area. Upon checking, I noticed the metal ring (spring clamp) that holds the rubber seal is sticking out. I’ve tried repositioning it, but it pops back out when the machine is running. I need someone experienced with washing machine repairs to:     •    Refit or replace the clamp properly,     •    Check the door seal (boot gasket) for damage, and     •    Make sure it’s watertight again. Just hot water comes inside the washing machine ,even i choose cold water or warm or hot .I close the hot water tap from bottem of laundry sink cold water doesn't come inside (I CLOSED AND OPEN COLD WATER TAP)cold water tap is on but on warm or cold wash program just hot water comes.
