Bosch serie 4 washing machine. Door seal needs to be pulled out and deep cleaned

Bosch washing machine has stopped draining. There is no sound when the drain function commences, so it may be the drain pump. Looking for someone to come to my house and diagnose and repair if possible. There was previously some grinding noise but that has stopped. I have manually emptied the water using the outlet pipe at the front during a couple of cycles and there doesnt seem to be any blockage.

Hailer washing machine in photo is not draining the water out after a load i’ve tried draining the water from the bottom and doing that whole process but it’s still not draining after that? is there something more i could do??

I would like assistance to remove the cabinet draw beneath the washing machine. Will require assistance to lift the washing machine out, unscrew the cabinet draw and remove the kick board + base and slide the washing machine back into the slot.
