Our washing machine (Electrolux) isn’t working at the moment. No matter which setting is chosen, it makes a groaning sound for a few seconds, some noises come from the drain pipe, the timer jumps back to 1 minute, and then it just stops without spinning. There’s still a bit of water left in the detergent compartment (but none in the main drum), and it seems like the drain pump or filter might be the issue. The front filter has been cleaned, but the problem is suspected to be at the back. The hose has been checked and no kinks were found.

The seal replacement I bought doesn’t come with the gasket spring rings, however have ordered some. Unsure whether the originals can be used.
