Its Electrolux washing machine. The front door sealer (metal circle) is undone. After that it stops and saying blocked drainage or overflow warning.

Just need someone with a good shifting spanner and strong arms to get the metal cap off the tap so I can hook up the washing machine. Taps are in the cabinet under laundry sink.
