Samsung washing machine fills water but won’t rise or drain

Water not draining have recently moved houses but was working until the last load.

I’m seeking someone who is able to assist with fixing my washing machine. The machine is a top loader ‘LG - Smart Drum’, Inverter Direct Drive. I’ve had issues for the past couple of years. Where I’ve put a load of washing on, and not long after starting the cycle it would start beeping with an error message ‘DL’. I then had to open and shut the lid a few times and press ‘PLAY’ until the lock symbol appeared. I now have a bigger issue, and it’s the first time it’s occurred. I’ve ran a load of washing and the cycle has finished. But now it’s locked, and I’m not able to open it (with the beeping sound, and same error message ‘DL’). I just wanted to see whether there was anyone within the Campbelltown, Narrallen area. Who was able to assist or fix my washing machine. At a reasonable price. Thank you in advance.

My Hicense washing machine door has been locked with clothes inside. Can’t unlock it (nothing mentioned in the manual about this issue). Can’t open the door now.
