We had this problem once before and the bottom panel was taken off and we use the green tag to pull down when we open the door. Now that doesn’t work at all. Tried restarting machine, power on & off etc. Looking for someone who might have an idea about fixing this. Is this a big problem, or easily solved when you know how?
