Hi my name is Leon. I’ve used their task for a few of my gardening jobs. I recently bought a Toyota hi Ace 1997 model van for the purpose of my business but unfortunately it broke down on the way home. The gentleman I bought it off told me it has a new clutch but needed to be bled, upon buying a new master slave cylinder and bleeding it myself, still to no avail could not engage gears. The car is getting towed back today from Vermont South where I broke down and will be in Werribee so it’s currently not driveable and I’m hoping I can find someone that is knowledgeable capable and can give me a reasonable quote or repair cost if it’s more than incorrect bleeding and still had air in system, which I believe it has , and with the anticipation that I’m happy to contribute and help as I am mechanically minded but I’m limited with resources at the moment. I have got a stripped (5mm allen) bolt in the intake manifold of Toyota V6 (2GR-FE) engine. The task is to either loosen that ONE bolt or take it out with whatever tool or mechanism works without damaging the intake manifold (it's ok if the bolt itself is damaged or can't be reused). I tried with a few torx and spline bits (e.g. M6/7 or T35/40) but it still slips, so most likely it needs to be drilled or needs a bolt extractor. It might be a simple task for someone with the right tool. Payment will only be released if the bolt is either loosened or taken out without any damage to the intake manifold. I can bring the car to you if you are within 10kms radius of Bentleigh, or you can come to my place. Time/date etc flexible. Thanks.

Hi, I need help replacing the front lower bumper grille (mesh) on my Toyota Camry Sport 2020. The grille is cracked, but the main bumper is intact. I already have / can arrange the replacement grille if needed (please let me know). The job mainly involves removing the damaged grille and installing the new one, including refitting clips properly.

Requiring assistance from a carpenter or handyman who can build and assist to fix things in my van for conversion. I need help building a frame base & potential cupboards for kitchen portion. I have some already cabinets put together and a slid out unit as pictured and would like cabinet on top, but may need cutting to fix and then fitted. Install of benchtop, sink & taps. (Jerry can plumbing ). Build a wall mounted cabinet to fit 32inch tv similar to a murray cabinet. I have most items except plywood. Timber box to be built to store portable toilet and used as seat. Build a roof timber deck platform on roof racks. Screwed into roof racks. Have everything except timber. And if you are really talented, assist me to install nudge bar at front of car and new wipers. Will pay on an hourly rate. Bunnings is down the road & will reimburse upon receipt of materials. (Timber, screws etc) Picking up van next week as bed, flooring, walls & solar being installed. May need to raise bed up with frame if too low. This will be decided afterwards. Only experienced tradies to respond. Required to be completed before end of February. Looking for a mechanic who knows about drum brakes. I need to get the rear drum brakes rebuilt, remove and replace the wheel cylinders and bleed brakes. Only rear but both sides. I have all the parts and can have them stripped down and ready to go besides the wheel cylinders.

Hi, I am looking for a mechanic to help me decide if I should buy a 2003 Toyota Corolla, which has just had its RWC done. The issue is I am meant to be going to do the final inspection and finalisation tonight (no time yet given, but expect ~6-7pm). I can possibly delay this until tomorrow evening if needed.

I need someone to come around and give my car a little service. Just need the following done: 1. Change oil & filter (I have the oil and filter), if you can take the old oil with you that would be good too! 2. Change the spark plugs (I have them) 3. Change PCV valve (I have the part) Was going to do this myself but left the tools in the country and want to get this done by end of next week. I bought the car second hand, I'm fixing it up. It doesn't have a great service history so would be good to give it a little check make sure it doesn't need other fluids done too. These models are known for burning oil so would be good to check the old spark plugs just give it a little sanity check from someone who knows their stuff.

First need someone to come and diagnose for sure what’s going on and that it’s not just an easy fix- then if needed to replace the alternator etc then we can do that too, happy to pay for the necessary parts too of course. tight on money so hoping someone who knows what they’re doing can do it cheaper than the big businesses. Hi there! We are looking for at least two strong capable helpers to put on a combined rear bullbar/towbar onto our 2007 Toyota Hiace. All of the parts are there and there are two of us that are also happy to assist but not strong enough for the job. Must have knowledge and experience in this area please:) First photo is our van, second photo is the rear bullbar that needs to go onto our van.
