The toilet is a back-to-wall/concealed cistern setup, meaning the seat likely utilizes top-fixing (blind hole) hardware rather than standard bottom access. What I Have: I have already purchased the replacement seat: a brand new AXA Uno MKII Soft Close Quick Release Toilet Seat. The new seat is still in its packaging with all the provided mounting hardware and instructions (as shown in image.png, image_2.png, image_3.png, and image_5.png). The Task: Carefully remove the old, incorrectly installed seat and its hardware. Install the new AXA Uno MKII toilet seat using the new hardware provided. Ensure the new seat is adjusted correctly so it sits completely flush against the toilet pan with zero gaps. Verify that the soft-close and quick-release mechanisms are functioning perfectly before finishing.
