Scope of work: • Reinstall 5 toilet cubicles (existing panels, honeycomb type) • Drill into newly tiled walls and floors (must have experience to avoid cracking tiles) • Reinforce fixing points (current screw holes are loose) • Apply proper adhesive (e.g. Sikaflex or equivalent) • Ensure structure is solid and aligned Locks: • Supply and install 5 NEW toilet locks (English indicator: Vacant / Occupied) • Existing locks will be replaced Project schedule: • This Friday: install 2 male cubicles • Next Friday: install 3 female cubicles (tiles will be completed by then) Requirements: • Must have experience with toilet partitions / commercial fitout • Must bring proper tools (tile drill bits, anchors, fixings, adhesive) • Must supply all required materials (except panels) • Clean and professional finish required Location: Sydney CBD 2000 Please include: • Your experience • Photos of similar jobs • Quote for full job (labour + materials) This is a straightforward job for the right person, but must be done properly.
