Have 2 wooden ramps (thin pieces of wood glued to top of timber floor) leading into bathroom and toilet. Would like them removed however glue underneath could possibly damage timber floor underneath whilst removing. Would then (possibly if damaged) need to be sanded and polished to remove glue and match to existing floor. Ramps are already lifting so probably won’t be too difficult to take off (and possibly not cause damage). Preferably experienced floor installer/sander that can also supply/instal quad to match existing quads in hallway once ramps are removed (see pic). Also needing new transition strip supplied and installed between 2 different types of wood floors. Existing strip is lifting, ugly, and stands out quite a bit. Something less obvious and not a trip hazard would be great. Have attached pic of something I found on the internet.
