Hi there, rental apartment there was a plant plate （Monstera deliciosa）sit on the floor from Oct to Nov 2024. I found there might be mould, as attached photos show, left when I move the plate out in Dec 2024 till now. The affected size of left circled area is like 20cm X 15cm. I initially used floor cleanning spray and brush but found there are very thin layer of laminate floor. It might be removed or wax drawing method to repair.

I would like check whether someone can help with repairing the timber floor in my kitchen. The clear protective coating is peeling away in some sections, especially around the dishwasher, probably due to the heat and moisture. I would like to do this without re-sanding and re-varnishing the whole floor, as it is part of a large open-plan area, which is otherwise ok. I understand the result may be less than perfect. I am not looking for the cheapest quote, but for someone who has done something similar before.

First job is for a first floor unit of approximately 70 m2. Composite flooring (6.5 mm & with undercoat) is stored in the basement carpark. Carpet needs to be pulled off and disposed. Second job is for 100 m2 composite flooring (6.5 mm & with undercoat) that will be laid over existing timber flooring of a house. Carpet is pulled and disposed. Flooring material is stored next to the entry door. Additional skirting will be fixed to existing timber flooring. Pricing is per m2.

1. Replace missing floor boards with matched timber. 2. Sand and polish kitchen floor (approx. 4x4m with central island) to even out minor warping.
