I have installed a drain and compacted 80mm cracker dust with 20mm sand. I have lay tiles but not happy with how level they are individually, I require the floor re-scraping to level and tiles laid level. I am happy to remove all tiles so the area is clear before work begins. Please only offer if you have experience as it’s not the easiest to get perfectly level

Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have two cracked kitchen tiles. Fortunately the strata has given me three replacements. They are slightly too big and would need to be trimmed on two edges to suit. I would like the grout to match. I just need splash back tiling done for the kitchen and laundry I already have the tiles.this is the first time I've used this app. The laundry area is roughly 600mm x 1515mm. Kitchen 60mm x 1160mm. 600mm x 3025mm. Windows area 600mm x 2465mm. 600mm x 600mm. 600mm x 450mm. The tiles are 200mm x 200mm 8mm thick. There are 196 tiles.

We're getting a custom concrete BBQ put in within the blue rope space (seen in the photos) however before this goes in we need a brick layer to build a one brick deep splash back that runs between both patio posts. Width is about 3m and height is about 1.6m. Straight up against the colourbond fence. A concrete footing will also be required underneath to ensure strength and that its level - this we can include as part of this task or I can get this done beforehand by someone else.

Acrylic splash back needs to be cut with a plunge saw or similar. template made just needs cutting and attaching. Needs to be done ASAP

I’m looking for an experienced tiler or handyman who can help with the following: • Remove existing large-format tiles from a kitchen splashback • Assess and advise on whether this can be done without damaging the plasterboard behind (brick veneer home) • Prepare the surface and re-tile with new tiles (tiles will be provided) The key concern is whether the current tiles can be removed cleanly without needing to replace the plasterboard. Hi I have chosen a new 20cm square tile for my kitchen splash back. The area is just under 1.5 Sqm metres along a worktop. Detailed drawing with measurements are provided. The area along the bench top (my amateur measurements show less than 2sqm) will be cleared of current tiles as that side of the kitchen is all being pulled out. There are three PowerPoints to work around. There will also be some hooks (for tea towels) to work around., The tiles and grout will be on site.
