The attached floor plan can be used for quoting. All the wet area tiling already completed by builder. Tiles and grout supplied by me. We have 2 bathrooms a laundry and a toilet. The tiles we purchased are not porous but have a matte, pitted surface that easily gets dirty and traps soap and grease. The tiles are black porcelain. As a trial we want to seal just our toilet. The toilet is 175cm X 130cm. We have a professional cleaning product and a professional sealing product. See photos. This is what we need: 1) Clean the floor and wall edge tiles. 2) Get rid of a all water stains. 3) Get rid of iron stains. 4) Get rid of grout haze. 5) Seal the black tiles.

I have installed a drain and compacted 80mm cracker dust with 20mm sand. I have lay tiles but not happy with how level they are individually, I require the floor re-scraping to level and tiles laid level. I am happy to remove all tiles so the area is clear before work begins. Please only offer if you have experience as it’s not the easiest to get perfectly level

Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have two cracked kitchen tiles. Fortunately the strata has given me three replacements. They are slightly too big and would need to be trimmed on two edges to suit. I would like the grout to match. I would like the job done before the carpet goes in. Please tell me of your experience as there is a seamless look with porcelain tiles that reflect everything. Thankyou.

Looking for an experienced tiler / Handyman / gyprocker to remove our existing kitchen splashback tiles and install new tiles. The splashback area is approx. 71 cm high × 143 cm wide, so just over 1 m². Area has gyprock backing and may need resheeting. Existing tiles are large grey splashback tiles. New tiles are 130 × 130 mm square tiles and I have purchased 2 boxes. Had our tiler finish the laundry splashback and sink splashback of our bathroom renovation. Unfortunately some wires were crossed and he used the floor tiles instead of the feature tiles. Looking for an experienced tiler to tile laundry splashback. This includes the wall area directly above the sink, ending at the overhead cabinets, and the small area of wall to the left of this which is not visible in pics. The entire area that needs to be tiled is just under 1.5m2. The tiles are pictured (the shorter one circled in red) for reference.
