We recently had rendering done on the house. And we live in an area with constant leaves dropping. The recent wet weather and some sloppy rendering side effects means that the porcelain tiles are stained from the gum leaves and some cement rendering. Needs a really good pressure wash or clean to get it to original state. The tile was installed less than 2 years ago.
