Find a professional tiler in St Ives NSW

I am looking for someone who can install a 1200mm galvanised steel angle lintel into bricks in the roof space, and cut out an area of 860x280mm below it in preparation for an aircon grille. Roof access is easy. The lintel needs to be installed around 6 bricks from the peak of the roof so as I understand it will not require acrow props. The image shows where the grille will go - green dotted lines show roof space and a vertical beam (obstruction) behind the wall. Fixed quote or hourly rate and duration preferred. The lintel will be supplied.

2 of the tiles (30x60cm each) on the floor has been drilled a hole in order to fix something underneath, therefore I want to replace them. Need to match the colour and pattern, if this job is possible to do please quote thanks
