Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have two cracked kitchen tiles. Fortunately the strata has given me three replacements. They are slightly too big and would need to be trimmed on two edges to suit. I would like the grout to match. I would like the job done before the carpet goes in. Please tell me of your experience as there is a seamless look with porcelain tiles that reflect everything. Thankyou.
