Hi, I need to grout cleaning done for floor tiles downstairs which could be about 100m2. Also, if possible grout sealing after cleaning is done. I’d like to have quotes for 2 tasks separately.

Need tiler for small area

The oriental tiler coverd up the termite barriers. Need to remove tiles and reinstal new ones to not cover them or create a path for this. This is also the case for the little stair we have at the laundry area. We have the tiles but not the metal strip. I can go buy or you can supply. Qualified tilers only please.

Replace 3 broken tiles and re grout approx 2 mtrs sq

Tiler required to install 600*600 tiles inside the house. Tiles will be supplied. Around 80% of the area is Carpet and 20% area is vinyl floor that need to taken off.

Need to replace 3 damaged tiles in the ensuite shower floor. The crack are very small as in the pictures attached. Currently there is no damage to waterproof. Extra tiles available that need to be cut into half.
