Shower and vanity tiles needs to be re-grout and re-sealed. Damaged skirting board needs to be replaced and re-sealed (next to shower). Pic below, shower is small 850x850x2000. Please quote for materials and labour. Exact skirting board not required, similar is okay.

Someone shattered our splashback acrylic wall and needs to be replaced. It's held in place by silicone at the moment.

I have removed the old tiles above the stove and kitchen sink and bench space. We have purchased the new tiles 30cmX60cm and are on premises. I also have cement sheet, cement nails, grout & cement tile glue on premises. The cement sheets need to be cut accordingly. We have rubber stair treds on tiled office stairs going up one level. The glue has worn out on two of 15 treds, we need these two to be re-glued. And maybe look at the other 12 stair treds. - Due date: Flexible

Remove the 8 tiles on the shower floor, ensure and fix any issues with the waterproof membrane, grout, relay tiles and caulk the edges.
