Hi, Am after a Tiler to lay tiles over our existing floor tiles in toilets and bathrooms. Roughly 12m2 in total Area details below. I can supply the tiles. Will likely be 600 x 600 size. Quote to be all inclusive ie include prep and L trim and grates and silicone etc. Toilet 1: 1600mm x 950mm =1.52m2 Toilet 2: 1950mm x 960mm = 1.87m2 Bathroom: 2600mm x 3150mm = 8.19m2 Total: 11.58m2

Started tiling my kitchen/hall and work has just gotten too busy and I haven’t had time. Kitchen is pretty much done - just a few edge tiles needing doing. Hall needs done + joining passage to kitchen. Hall is about 2300 x 1400 and passage is about 1000 x 1800 and there’s another 2 and a bit tiles needing fixed under the counter. 600 x 600 tiles, adhesive and grout supplied. Acoustic underlay is glued for tiles to be fixed to. There’s one stuck tile needing attention - has dropped level slightly. Optionally quote without grout & silicone - I can do that if need be. Time to cut and fix the tiles is my issue at the minute! If work is good I have other tiling jobs needing quoting.

Currently thinking 75x300mm tiles The total area is 4.533m2, consisting of three sections. We already have the tiles and can supply the grout and glue/adhesive.
