Regrout of shower wall tiles , standard shower with tiles on 2 walls. Regrout bathroom floor tiles.

We have 2 newish showers which require some grout replacement on the base.

Had a tile and the floor board removed for fixing a plumbing job underneath. Now needing this tile and floorboard filled in. Don’t have a spare tile. But I can get a spare tile ready if you like. Otherwise, let me know how much you would like to charge for the spare tile. Tile is 60x60. Also, another point of clarification, a wooden floor board need to be installed into that floor along with proper support as well.
