Some tiles in our bathroom recently fell off the wall and into the bath. We think this might have been due to a new dryer on the other side of the wall (vibration). We are about to rent this house out, so need the same tiles to be replaced. The tiles are slightly damaged, but in good enough shape for them to be replaced for the rental. In total there are 9 x tiles to be replaced (all approx 10cm x 10cm). I would do it myself, but do t have adhesive and grout and don’t want to buy it all just for this.

Repair: The metal garage door seems to have expanded over the seasons and the top needs a bit of shaving in order to open 7. Replace: The study room door is unideal and we'd like it replaced with another wide-fitting door (advice appreciated) 8. General: Rip that blue layer off the garage ceiling.
