I need three tiles reattached in our entrance way. This is a new build and builder is supposed to return however we are unable to wait.

First floor balcony measuring 2800 x 3200 1. Remove all existing floor tiles and outer face tiles 2. Prep and re waterproof 3. Lay new tiles to balcony floor 4. Grout tiles 5. Apply WR board to outer vertical faces of balcony 3 sides (I don’t want these outer vertical faces retired as these tiles have fallen off twice before) 6. Paint the WR sheeting 7. Clean up and remove all rubbish New tiles will be provided but not yet purchased. Simple straight laying no pattern. This is a rental property so I will have to provide notice and I want minimal cost but done by a licensed contractor with warranty on it

I need a small portion of wall tiled, behind my laundry sink. The area to be tiled is approximately 550mm wide x 2. I have the tiles already purchased but no other materials. I know it’s a small job but would appreciate some help! I’ve attached some photos for reference.
