I need an experienced tiler to inspect and repair 2 floor tiles in my bathroom. The bathroom is approximately 2.5 years old and on a timber floor. Two adjacent floor tiles have developed a height difference (one tile sits slightly higher than the other) and the grout has cracked and come out along the joint. The remaining tiles in the bathroom are unaffected and feel solid. Ideally, I would like the existing tiles to be saved and reused if possible, as I do not have spare tiles. Please advise whether the tiles can be lifted and re-bedded, or if another repair method is suitable. I prefer to make the tiles back to level.
