Hi, I have a 1 bedroom granny flat that requires new floor tiles. I have bought the floor tiles that are a 60cm by 60cm porcelain tiles and the area that requires tiling is a total of approx 40square metres. I have attached photos of the place. Pre-existing floorboards and tiles will need to be removed and new tiles I have bought to be installed. I have attached photos for reference
