I after someone to re-grouted shower, re-seal the bottom and replace the seal on the outside of the glass as per pictures. Also if possible seal the cracked tile. I have a spare tile, but I assume it would be a big job to replace 1 tile?

I have a 1200mm x 900mm shower base that has been screeded. I will be waterproofing this in the next few days and would like a tiler to lay the tiles on the shower base making the necessary cuts to the 4 corners of the drain so the water flows down to the drain and there are no lips on the tile edges. The tiles i will use are 600 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm. I will supply the tiles and glue.

If you have previously bid for this job before, apologies. Now I have rescoped the task to focus purely on the shower. The shower needs to be regrouted and resiliconed. I suspect that there is moisture going through these cracks which is causing issue to the adjacent wall. The whole shower meeds to be regrouted and siliconed as I can see cracks which go up midway. I also need outside of the shower to the regrouted (just right outside of the shower cubical) so that it is watertight. Need to ensure the colour is matched to the existing grout. Available this week. Alternatively during the day on Mondays and Fridays or at nights the other weekdays. - Due date: Flexible
