Description: Looking for an experienced tiler to remove existing kitchen splashback tiles and install new white subway tiles in my kitchen in Altona Meadows. Current splashback consists of large-format grey tiles (photo attached). Approximate splashback areas: Main cooktop wall: approx. 700mm wide × 400–600mm high Return wall near sink/window: approx. 1160mm wide × 230mm high Approx total tiled area is under 1sqm. Renter has reported a crack in the grout in the shower (the hallway side of the shower), one of the tiles is slightly loose, and the tiles at the top aren't flat against the wall. We are concerned about water getting in behind the tiles through the crack in the grout, and need some new grout applied.

I had a water leak in my laundry and as a result had to remove my tiles to allow for the floorboards underneath to dry. Most of the glue has been removed and cleaned from the floorboards.
