New to newy and a beginner surfer. Would love to do a few private lessons to get back into it and get to know the beaches. Have my own board. Looking at around $50 per lesson. Ideally weekend!

He used to be able to get up his board but hasnt been surfing for 9 years. he need a few tips so were thinking about one or two lessons. How do your lessons work? I am looking for someone to teach me surfing. I’ve had 3 group lessons in the past month and went surfing twice on my own, but my progress was very minimal (I could stay on my feet only once per hour for 3 seconds max). I am a relatively fit man, but my coordination sucks. I need someone who is a good teacher and who can observe my attempts, give me feedback, correct me, and give useful tips.
