My oven fan is not working and needs to be inspected and repaired. The oven is electric. Additionally, two burners on my gas stove are not working. One burner appears to be sunken in, and I’m unsure of the cause. These also need to be assessed and repaired. I’m looking for a qualified technician to diagnose and fix both issues.

I have an electric 4 burner stove top and needs to be replaced with 4 burner gas top. Gas line is available underneath. Plumber will need to get gas fitting pipe approx 1.5 mtrs to connect the burner to gas outlet. The cut out is fit to size and the gas burner should slot it (already checked)

A couple of knobs (the two in the back) on my stove do not work (they are supposed to turn/rotate but they are "fixed" in one spot so you cannot turn a couple of burners) I am not sure what is wrong, maybe they might need to get replaced.
