I’m looking for an experienced handyman / furniture restoration person to sand back and re-stain a 5-piece outdoor timber furniture set to restore it as close as possible to its original colour. Furniture includes: • 1 x outdoor corner bench • 1 x outdoor bench • 1 x single chair • 1 x coffee table • 1 x side table What’s required • Full sanding back of all pieces • Re-stain to match original colour as closely as possible • Finish suitable for outdoor use (oil or stain, not paint) • Clean, even finish (no patchiness or drips) Important notes • Tasker must supply ALL tools and equipment (sanders, sandpaper, drop sheets, brushes, etc.) • Tasker to help select the correct stain colour – ideally by matching to the original colour or referencing the table leg (see photos) • Must be experienced with outdoor timber furniture • Job must be completed this week Happy for this job to be completed over a couple of days for drying purposes.

We have a cedar house that is stained dark and needs a top up coat every few years as it fades. Just the boards (no gutters/ trim / waves or paintwork) as that has all been painted recently. We use a tinted oil. Not all walls need another coat so best to come see the job and work on an hourly rate. Our timber deck also needs to be cleaned and oiled.

Wooden lockers need a sand, stain and wheels drilled onto the bottom. We have a sander, stain and drill. We are open from 8:30-4pm, Wed, Thurs and Fridays so need to be done between those hours It’s for a community preschool
