Minor patching may be required. The tasker should have relevant experience and their own tools, and please note that paint and primer will be supplied by you.

I am looking for an experienced and reliable tradesperson to restore my timber deck, ramp, and stairs, including painting the balustrades and frame. The deck is structurally sound but has significant surface weathering, patchy staining, and some mould in shaded areas. The scope of work includes: 🔨 Scope of Works 1. Inspection & Preparation • Inspect deck, ramp, and stairs for loose fixings or damaged boards (replace or secure if required – small allowance included in your quote). • Fill and sand any patched areas on balustrades and frame. 2.
