There are 5-7 big patches of pet rabbit urine stains on our light grey wool carpet in different places. We have had a go using a Bunnings hire unit which has potentially made them worse. Certainly not better! Currently contemplating replacing the carpet if the stains cannot be improved. Open to dyeing these carpet stains as step before replacing carpet but understand that this may not work . Don't need the whole carpet cleaned. Good job on carpet but upgraded to multiple room cleans and not the best job on that part, corners and nooks and crannies left rather dusty and untouched (paid 450 in total, general cleaning service for 2 rooms and hallway not worth that price for the result IMO)
