Please note all clutter will be removed before you attend. Only furniture will remain. Two stains on single mattress need to be removed, also quick vacuum on floorboard (I don't have a vacuum) and wipe down top of drawers, small desk, bedside table and skirting boards + 1 window sill. Very small and easy job. I don't have my cleaning stuff here and would rather have someone else do it. Thanks.
