Hosting a dinner party for 19 people. Party starts at 6pm and will need you until 9pm. We are looking for a mixologist who can make the following cocktails; Hugo Spritz, Spicy Margs & Espresso Martinis (and other ancilliary drinks if requested but the 3 above will be the main). Needing 2x bar staff to bar-tend a 60th birthday party in Malvern, looking for fun characters, as it's a musical themed 60th birthday. Won't require extensive cocktail. knowledge, only the standard drinks (which will all be provided) - beers, wine, standard spirits and mixers. Looking for a 7pm - 12 am shift (with a pre-brief at 6.30pm) We would also like glass/Cup collection as part of this, to help keep the party stocked and sorted. RSA is essential a day previous experience is essential. Extra points for those with great banter and willing to have some fun! Price per bartender, if you can get two from the same company/tasker - that is a positive.

I hope you like a challenge! If you can focus to work at a pace to plate-up six courses over a two hour period then the job is yours. Ill be working alongside you in the kitchen of a traditional Italian restaurant in Malvern. The food will be plated up by you and I for 40 people, and the wine will be served by two professional waiters who work at the establishment every day. They even wash the dishes as they work. My wife will greet the guests at the front door and the they will be shown to their table and served the first course (canapés) and the first wine. Most of the cooking is done by me the days before so its all about heating up with some cooking on the day. Arriving approximately 6.00pm (tbc) To private home in Malvern. Cleaning dishes during a family dinner event. And keeping kitchen clean and organized while event is going on Approx 3 hours. This is an annual event so if applicant is suitable they will be called upon again if they like.
