I hope you like a challenge! If you can focus to work at a pace to plate-up six courses over a two hour period then the job is yours. Ill be working alongside you in the kitchen of a traditional Italian restaurant in Malvern. The food will be plated up by you and I for 40 people, and the wine will be served by two professional waiters who work at the establishment every day. They even wash the dishes as they work. My wife will greet the guests at the front door and the they will be shown to their table and served the first course (canapés) and the first wine. Most of the cooking is done by me the days before so its all about heating up with some cooking on the day.
