I’m looking for a friendly, proactive and reliable person to help at a small private 60th birthday party at our home in Malvern East. Date: Friday 31 July Time: 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm (approximately 5 hours) Pay: $180 I’d like you to arrive about two hours before guests arrive at 7:40 to help with the final setup. During the party, your role will be to help keep everything running smoothly, including: • Assisting with the final party setup. • Replenishing nibbles and drinks as needed. • Keeping serving areas clean and tidy. • Taking out rubbish if needed. • Helping keep the kitchen and entertaining areas neat so I can relax and enjoy the evening with my guests. • Assisting with a few light pack-up tasks at the end of the night. I’m looking for someone who notices what needs doing without needing constant direction, has a positive attitude, and is happy to quietly work behind the scenes to help the evening run smoothly. Ideally, you’ll have excellent reviews on AirTasker or be able to provide references from similar work. Previous experience assisting at private parties or events would be highly regarded. Hello! I'm hosting my friends hens at my house on June 13, and wanting to hire a mixologist to add some cocktail fun to the occasion. There will be 17 of us.
