Hours 11:30am - 3:30pm (4 hours) We’ll be purchasing all the food ahead of the event and it will be a mixture of platter style canapés (cold) served on a table and roaming canapés (hot). Guests will supply their own drinks so no beverage service needed. Number of guests - roughly 35. Required tasks include: - Assist in preparing the canapés (I can help you with the cold ones) - Help with setup and styling (if you’re into decorations/are a bit of an event planner that’s a plus!) - Help with putting frozen items eg. Mini quiches, arancini, sausage rolls etc in the oven and then serving them on a platter to walk around for guests. - Help with general clean-up of the event (clear glasses, stack the dishwasher, replenish chips/snacks on the canapé table)

There is going to be beer, wine and sparking and margaritas made up as a batch in advance. Require a bartender to shake to chill and serve a responsible amount.
