Hi there, Our workplace is planning a team-building poker night in Brookvale on March 6 around 5:30–6:00pm, and we’re on the lookout for two poker dealers to help us run the show. We’ve had a look at the bigger poker event companies, but they’re a bit more “casino royale” than what we’re after. This will be a super casual, friendly night — think workplace bragging rights, not high-stakes drama. We’ll have around 10–15 players across two large tables, and we’re hoping for 2 dealers who can keep the games running smoothly for 2–3 hours MAX. We’re firing up the BBQ on the night, so dealers are more than welcome to enjoy dinner and a couple of drinks with us. Need a cocktail bartender for a private office drinks next Friday afternoon. Location: Brookvale Arrival Time: 4PM Event Starts: 5PM Event Ends: 9PM Bump Out By: 9:30PM Attendees: Up to 30 Will need to manage service of Beer and Wine as well as two cocktails for the evening. Cocktails will be a Tommy's Margarita / Jalapeno Tommy's - and then another one of the bartenders choice. Office has an ice machine and basic coccktail accessories - however bartender will need to bring own shakers etc. We will order supplies to be onsite when you arrive.

Aussie BBQ Cook Wanted for 40th Birthday Bash 🔥 BBQ Chef Wanted for a 40th Party (Brookvale area) I’m after someone (maybe 2 people)to run the BBQ for my 40th birthday. We’re doing a big fancy dress Aussie BBQ yard party out the front of my factory in Brookvale on Saturday, 22nd November. Think flannies, fairy lights, Cold Chisel, and a few eskies full of beer. You don’t need to be a pro chef — just someone who can cook a proper Aussie feed without burning the snags! What I need: • Arrive around 2 PM, cooking from about 3:30–6:30 PM • Provide the BBQ and Cook and serve BBQ meats (snags, chops, chicken skewers, etc.) for around 50 people • Keep the bbq running smoothly • Help plate food on a basic buffet setup (no fancy plating) • Light clean-up ongoing and when done We’ll supply: • All the meat, salads, bread rolls, and condiments • Plenty of beers and a good crowd You bring: • Suitable BBQ for 50 people along with Gas, utensils etc • Your BBQ skills and chill attitude When: Saturday, 22nd November Approx. 2PM–7PM Where: Brookvale NSW

Need a cocktail bartender for a corporate event this evening at Brookvale on the Northern Beaches from 5-7PM. Private event. Will need to be able to batch / prep some Tommy’s Margaritas.

We have a wedding lunch that we require 2x bartenders to make cocktails and fill up glasses and 2x waitstaff to serve food at our wedding. We require bartenders from 11.30am-3pm and waitstaff from 1.30-5pm

Be able to mix 3 different cocktails Margaritas aperol and Southsides Pour drinks and beers

We are looking for a bar or waitstaff to pour wine and mix spirits and collect glasses at a private party with about 50 people from 4pm to 9pm. All equipment provided. Must have 2-3 years experience.
