Less than 1 hour of work because house & storage facility are 5 mins away from each other. Storage facility has trolleys which you can use to take couch to your truck or van but I image two people will required to lift the couch because Google says couch can weigh 55+ kgs and unfortunately I’m not strong enough to assist.
