Access details: • Preston and Box Hill, sofa is on the ground floor with easy access, only 2–4 steps at the front door. • City apartment has lift access. • Loading zone parking is about 100m from the lift. • Alternatively, there is a free resident car park available with a maximum vehicle height of 2.0m. • The modular sofa may need to be dismantled to fit into the lift, so I require movers with experience dismantling and reassembling modular sofas. Move a modular couch from one house to another (google maps says it’s 70 metres between houses). The first house is a townhouse with one flight of stairs. The second is a ground floor house and the couch will go into the front room. We have a red trolley that may help if you want to use it. Picture of the couch included. It comes apart into two pieces.
