I live on the top floor of a 2-storey unit building with no lift. There are 3 short flights of stairs from the second floor down to the car park, so the items will need to be carried downstairs. Budget: $200, negotiable depending on the size of the load, access, labour required and disposal/tipping costs. I’m happy to help carry some of the rubbish bags downstairs if needed. Additional information: The fridge is not usable and is for disposal only. It has been unopened for around 2 years and there is mould/old contents inside. I will tape the fridge doors securely shut before collection. The TV unit, L-shaped couch and other items are also not reusable and are all for disposal only.
