We need help disassembling this sofa and taking it down to the basement of our apartment block, to be taken by government pick up. The sofa will not go down unless it is disassembled. New furniture coming in on Tuesday, September 2. We live in an apartment on Level 1. No stairs involved. Once disassembled, it can go down in an elevator.
Ferney was excellent. Great communication, very kind and respectful man. He did the job efficiently and had no qualms with it at all. I would happily recommend him to anyone and will use him for further work.
