Can someone please come and repair the built-in robe sliding door? It is stuck and has derailed from its original track. Also, could you remove the boxes from the balcony and take them with you? Additionally, there is a spare bedside table—please pick it up as well.

The balcony sliding door is not moving smoothly. Also it seems it is tilted a bit. I have added pictures for reference.

My toilet has a sliding door, and its lock doesn't work properly. When the toilet is in use and locked from inside, the door still opens from outside. This defeats the purpose of the lock. Please see images for the type of lock. It could be an alignment problem of the strike plate or some other issue that prevents the wall cavity from restraining the door latch.

One of the bedrooms in our house has a wooden sliding door instead of a regular door. We think it was a DIY job by the previous owners but not sure really. There is a crack in the glass at the bottom right of the sliding wardrobe door. This impacts the sliding function aka it doesnt really slide without force. The plastic grab handle is coming off. Glass to be replaced and fitted - tasker to provide all. I have a couple of fly screen doors that don't slide well, feel free to comment on a quote for the job in total for consideration.
